Owner and each repair tech who came out were all kind and knowledgeable. After the new heater was installed and it wasn't working like it was supposed to, it was discovered that my ducts were old and too small for the new system. This company showed great integrity when they did the extra duct work within the original quote. New heater is working fabulous - quiet and economical like I'd hoped! So happy I went with Campbell's - they are honest and good people!

Our furnace quit working on a Tuesday. Campbell's came out and diagnosed the problem on Wednesday. They had a new furnace installed on Friday after giving us 3 choices of furnaces to choose from. Very pleased with service.

I called for diagnosis and repair of a propane wall furnace. Even though I live in Seligman, a remote area where not many contractors will travel to, they got someone out to me that day. Ben, the technician was incredibly knowledgeable and had the necessary parts with him so he was able to diagnose and fix in 1 trip. Both techs were the nicest guys. I feel so fortunate to have found them. Campbells has my business for the long run!

Campbell's A/C response to my A/C outage couldn't be any faster and more responsible than that exhibited by Trent and his team. at the home in less than 30 minutes, the technician was friendly and helpful at all times, used sophisticated technology to diagnose the problem, and create the fix. An electronic invoice was created for a fair/reasonable price, and we were back in business with all systems working perfectly. Campbell's A/C will be my 'go to' provider whenever necessary. Bravo for a job "well done"!

We had air conditioning installed in our home and were very pleased with the workers that did the installation but the new unit did not seem to be putting out any or much cool air. We called Campbell and he had another employee out right sway and he spotted the problem right away. I would recommend the company to others needing air conditioning installed.

Great Service! Technician Matthew was knowledgeable, focused on details, thorough. He listened to my questions, answered with good understanding of how systems work. He offered suggestions for ways to keep my system in good working order (IE frequency of changing filters, types of filters to use, best time periods for cleaning the ERV unit). He was familiar with costs for additional jobs I need, so I can plan correctly.
