I did check the retail price for the repair part, and it appears the mark-up was at least 100% over that. Since this fix was urgent, I let it go instead of getting competetive quotes.

I recently had an issue with the HVAC system in my 3.5-year-old home, and I'm happy to say that Campbell's A/C provided excellent service. The technician, Benjamin, the one who diagnosed the issue, arrived promptly and had a great spirit and sense of humor, which made the experience much more pleasant.
The problem turned out to be a faulty inducer motor, which was causing a nerve testing whining/tone that progressed to an terrible level. The noise was difficult to hear over, disrupting my ability to focus and conduct work meetings. Worse yet, the sound woke the baby several times a night and prevented them from falling back asleep again and again. Apparently, this had been an uncommon issue, but Campbell's had received two service calls that day for the same problem - one for my 3.5-year-old home and another for a 2-year-old home. Hopefully this isn't a more widespread manufacturing defect.
Thankfully, the part was still under warranty, unfortunately, the labor was not. Matthew, a different technician, was very informative and ensured the problem was resolved efficiently by coming back to install the replacement part.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with Campbell's A/C and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or repair. Their team demonstrated great expertise and customer service, earning a full 5-star review from me.

We had a 5-Star experience with Campbell's today, so I felt obligated to write a review. We called them because our furnace was not working on a very cold morning. They not only sent someone out the same day, but they also arrived early! Our furnace was fixed and working about an hour after they arrived. They were very honest about the minimal extra cost for service to remedy a problem that was the result of our newer home construction that caused our issue. They will get my business moving forward. I was having an issue with an ERV filter system the at I wasn’t very familiar with and Campbell’s got a technician out to my home in a short time period (1-2 days). Matthew (the technician) was extremely helpful! Not only did he identify the problem and fix it, but he educated me on that system and the other systems in my house! Highly recommend, they’ll be saved in my phone contacts!
