Owner and each repair tech who came out were all kind and knowledgeable. After the new heater was installed and it wasn't working like it was supposed to, it was discovered that my ducts were old and too small for the new system. This company showed great integrity when they did the extra duct work within the original quote. New heater is working fabulous - quiet and economical like I'd hoped! So happy I went with Campbell's - they are honest and good people!

I have a single AC unit in my two-level house, so the upper floor used to always have a 4 -5 degree temperature fluctuation between the two levels. This creates less ideal conditions for the entire home. So, after a few of my Google searches, I decided to split the home into two zones. I collected a few quotes from different HVAC companies, and I found Campbell HVAC's quote was very reasonable, remarkably less than others - I instantly accepted their quote. After a week, they came and installed 4 motorized dampers, a control panel, and a Nest thermostat. Now it works perfectly; I have set the thermostat on my upper level to 4 degrees less than the lower level, and natural heat rises from the lower level, adding a few degrees for the upper level. As a result, both levels have the same temperature. I'm a restaurant owner in Flagstaff for the last 20 years; I called many times different HVAC companies but never called this company . Now Campbell HVAC is going to be my first choice for any heating and cooling issue for my business as my residence. Thank you, Campbell Heating and Cooling.

I’m sure the technician did a fine job. However, the whole point of my appointment was to have my furnace cleaned, which did not happen. He performed “maintenance” which did not include cleaning the unit. I Specifically, one of the unit cleaned and serviced.

I called for diagnosis and repair of a propane wall furnace. Even though I live in Seligman, a remote area where not many contractors will travel to, they got someone out to me that day. Great Service! Technician Matthew was knowledgeable, focused on details, thorough. He listened to my questions, answered with good understanding of how systems work. He offered suggestions for ways to keep my system in good working order (IE frequency of changing filters, types of filters to use, best time periods for cleaning the ERV unit). He was familiar with costs for additional jobs I need, so I can plan correctly.
